About the role

As a Product Manager you'll own the roadmap for a client platform from discovery through delivery — defining the problem, shaping the solution and making sure what we build moves the numbers that matter.

You'll be the connective tissue between clients, engineering and design, keeping everyone pointed at the same outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap and priorities for your platform.
  • Run discovery with clients and users to validate problems before we build.
  • Write clear requirements and break work into shippable increments.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and keep delivery predictable and transparent.
  • Measure outcomes and feed what you learn back into the roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in product management for software products or platforms.
  • A record of shipping products that moved real business metrics.
  • Strong discovery, prioritization and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfort working with engineering on scope, trade-offs and estimates.

Nice to have

  • Experience in an agency or client-services setting.
  • A technical background or close collaboration with engineering teams.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and performance bonuses
  • Hybrid and remote-friendly working
  • Annual learning and certification budget
  • Health coverage for you and your family
  • Paid time off and flexible hours
  • Work on meaningful products for global clients
