We're looking for a UI / UX Designer to turn complex workflows into clear, accessible product experiences. You'll take problems from research through to polished, buildable interfaces.
You'll work close to engineering, so your designs ship as intended and your design system stays consistent at scale.
What you'll do
- Run user research and translate findings into product decisions.
- Design flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma.
- Build and maintain accessible, reusable design-system components.
- Prototype interactions and validate them with users and stakeholders.
- Partner with engineers to deliver pixel-accurate, accessible UIs.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio to show for it.
- Fluency in Figma and modern UI, interaction and layout practice.
- Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Experience contributing to or owning a design system.
Nice to have
- Comfort with motion and prototyping tools.
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs get built.
