You'll work alongside engineers and domain experts to ground models in trusted data and keep them accurate, safe and cost-effective.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy agentic and RAG systems against enterprise data sources.
- Design evaluation harnesses that measure accuracy, cost and latency.
- Engineer prompts, tools and orchestration for reliable model behaviour.
- Set up monitoring, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls for production.
- Partner with clients to translate business problems into AI solutions.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years with Python in a data or backend engineering role.
- Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs and vector search.
- Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation and prompt engineering.
- Experience taking models or pipelines into production and keeping them there.
- Clear communication about model behaviour, limits and risk.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tooling and model fine-tuning.
