Who we are and what this covers
Funavry Technologies (“Funavry”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-first engineering and Global Business Services company with offices in the United States, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and the forms on it.
It does not cover the systems we build or operate for clients. Data processed under a client engagement is governed by that client’s agreement with us and their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic technical data:
- Contact enquiries — your name, email address, the service you’re interested in and your message.
- Job applications — your name, email, phone number, portfolio or profile links, CV/résumé and cover letter, and the role you’re applying for.
- Email correspondence — anything you send to us directly, such as to info@funavry.com.
- Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, kept for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement.
- To assess your application and contact you about a role.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (when you submit a form), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
International transfers
Because we operate across the United States, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where we do so, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our conversation, and job applications for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we process it, and to withdraw consent.

Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
