We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build and ship features across our web platforms and the services behind them. You'll work close to the product, turning real requirements into reliable software that enterprise clients depend on every day.
You'll join a small, senior team where you own problems end to end — from shaping the approach to running it in production.
What you'll do
- Design and build end-to-end features across the front end, APIs and data layer.
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions and document the trade-offs behind them.
- Review code, mentor engineers and raise the quality bar across the team.
- Own the reliability, performance and observability of the services you ship.
- Collaborate with product and design to scope work and de-risk delivery early.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong experience with React and a Node.js backend framework.
- Solid grasp of relational and/or NoSQL data modelling.
- Experience deploying and operating services on AWS (or a comparable cloud).
- A track record of shipping and maintaining software other people rely on.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js and modern React server patterns.
- Exposure to CI/CD, infrastructure as code and container orchestration.
- Prior work in an agency or client-services environment.
